Adrian Gostick

Opening Keynote Presenter

Dr. Heidi Reeder

Closing Keynote Presenter

Heidi Reeder, PH.D is a Professor of Communication and the Director of Leadership and Human Relations in the College of Innovation and Design at Boise State University. She is the author of the 2014 book, Commit To Win: How The Harness For The Four Elements Of Commitment To Reach Your Goals, and her research on cultivating positive relationships has been published in leading social psychology and communication journals. Dr. Reeder’s mission is to help teams and individuals communicate with confidence and authenticity and maximize their personal and professional effectiveness.

Sharlene Wells

Breakout Session Presenter

One of the first women on ESPN, Sharlene Wells was an award-winning broadcaster for 16 years, covering World Cup Soccer, College Gameday, Kentucky Derby, America’s Cup, and more. Later, Sharlene led a production and publication company for 15 years focused on Department of Defense military deployments and major commemorations. She served in the Pentagon as the Director of Communications for Defense Personnel, and today, is the SVP of PR & Organizational Communications at Mountain America Credit Union. 

Jesse Arnoldson

Breakout Session Presenter

Jesse Arnoldson is a Regional Operating Officer and one of the owners of Medical Management Inc., better known as MedMan. At MedMan, Jesse works with medical providers across the state of Idaho and the rest of the Northwest, to change the frustrating and unruly business of owning a medical practice to one where it supports their love of medicine and allows them to thrive.

 

Jesse’s roots are deeply tied to Eastern Idaho having grown up in a small town near Blackfoot (Springfield) and having obtained both of his college degrees from Idaho State University; a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish for Business and Professions and an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration. He has kept his ties to ISU by serving on the College of Business Advisory Counsel for the new Master of Healthcare Administration program.

 

Now living in Kuna, ID, just Southwest of Boise and Meridian, Jesse and his wife, Hilary, are raising their five children with as much love and chaos as possible!

Kimberly Waetje

Kimberly Waetje is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Idaho National Laboratory.  She has her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and provides strategic leadership management, assessment, development, and training to the Laboratory.  Kimberly is a lifelong learner who loves asking questions, connecting people and ideas.  With an extensive background in talent acquisition and organizational development, Kimberly strives to resolve key organizational challenges by developing people, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a positive and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.  Kimberly believes that people who feel valued, will add value, and is working to make that a reality one interaction at a time.
